The Southport HOA volunteers that make up your Board and committees want to thank you for being such great neighbors. Southport is a vibrant community of 220 colonial style homes in a awesome location near highly ranked schools, libraries, shopping, and convenient public transportation.
As you can see we've launched a new and improved www.southporthoa.com and our Web curators are continuing to build out the site to hopefully delight you with new features. Hopefully you have received an email with instructions for accessing the secure Homeowner portions of the site. If you have not received this email, first check in your spam/junk folder, if not there then please use the Contact Us page to send a message to the board with proper contact email information. Login will provide secure access to a member directory as well as a Request Management system for contacting the Board with your comments, concerns, and requests for services. The secured portal will also deliver the option for online payments so our residents can make their annual dues payments without the USPS. Additionally, with your secured login, you'll also be able to manage ARB and Disclosure Packet requests in one secure place. Did we also mention that when you submit the request, you'll receive notifications about the status of your request and can login to check the status and provide updates?
Now that the new site is here, please feel free to look around. We hope we are delivering the information and services that you need.

Community Clean Up Day

A HUGE thank you to the volunteers who came to our Community Clean Up Event on Saturday 4/13/2024. Special thanks to Kate Lewis who coordinated the event. The trails from Lake Braddock Drive through the North and South stream areas were cleaned up and re-mulched. They look great! We have an unclaimed rake from the event. If you are missing one please email, webmaster@southporthoa.com, so we can get it returned to you. Photos of the event will be loaded on a new Activities page, coming soon.
Multiple logins per member household!

If you wish to have multiple logins to the website for different members of your family. Navigate to the General Public Contact Page. Select Send To: Southport Web Curators. Make sure to include your property address so the account can be properly linked. In Description reference that you would like an additional login associated with the provided email address. This will also be entered as the alternate email address for the property details. Prove you are not a robot, then Submit. A web curator will get back to you with account details.

We have been made aware that some email programs are routing email from the Board Members of the Homeowners Association to SPAM and JUNK folders. To avoid this please put the email template of *@southporthoa.com into your email programs white list (allowed list) or create a filter for it and designate it to never go to SPAM.
